Previously, I was one of four owners of Simpak Corporation, a company specializing in manufacturing and marketing of consumer nutritional products. As VP of Marketing, I led the company’s sales efforts in the mass merchandising marketplace. We sold the company to Luitpold Werk, a German pharmaceutical company. I also work for 10 years with General Foods Corporation in sales management roles. I managed in multiple U.S. geographical district and regional locations.
I was an officer in the United States Army and commanded a rifle company during the Cuban Missile crisis.
I am a graduate of Seattle University with a B.A. in History and Philosophy. I am a member of the Board of Regents of Seattle University. Also, a past board president of the Ruth Dykeman Children’s Center, a regional residential treatment center for abused children and a major United Way beneficiary.
